Purpose
These terms apply to the purchase of the Essential offer on dlptime.com: a personalised digital visit plan for 1 to 4 consecutive days at Disneyland Paris, prepared for a group from its answers.
DLPTime is an independent service, unrelated to The Walt Disney Company or Disneyland Paris. It does not sell admission tickets, Disney Premier Access or reservations.
Price and payment
The Essential offer costs €9.99 (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B CGI), for the whole trip and the whole group. The price is shown before ordering; there is no subscription.
Payment is one-time. It is made by bank card or digital wallet on Stripe’s secure page; DLPTime never has access to card numbers.
Ordering
The customer describes their trip and views a free preview. Before paying, they accept these terms and ask for immediate access to their plan. The “Order and pay” button creates an obligation to pay.
The order is confirmed by email, with its amount, its reference and a reminder of these terms.
Delivery
A first version of the plan is available as soon as payment is confirmed, through a private link sent by email. It is checked every day and refined when the data changes. The final version of each day is set the day before, at the arrival time given by the customer.
The link remains available until 30 days after the last day of the trip. It replaces a user account: keep the email.
Nature of the service
The times and queue times in the plan are estimates, based on past waits, forecasts and the opening hours published by Disneyland Paris. They point to time slots that are likely to be better, with no guaranteed wait.
Disneyland Paris may close an attraction or change its opening hours without notice. The plan avoids announced closures but cannot foresee unexpected breakdowns.
Right of withdrawal
The plan is digital content supplied without a physical medium. Before paying, the customer expressly asks for it to be supplied immediately and acknowledges losing their right of withdrawal as soon as the first version is provided (article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). This consent is collected with a checkbox that is not ticked by default, then confirmed by email.
Without this consent, the order cannot be placed and no payment is requested.
Refunds and warranty
If the plan is not provided, meaning no first version is available after payment is confirmed, the customer is refunded in full. Beyond that, a goodwill gesture may be granted on a case-by-case basis.
The customer also benefits from the legal warranty of conformity for digital content (articles L224-25-1 and following of the French Consumer Code). If there is a defect, DLPTime brings the plan into conformity or, failing that, refunds it.
Complaints and mediation
For any question or complaint, write to DLPTime at the address shown under Seller.
The consumer mediator will be shown here before any sale.
Personal data
The email address and the answers to the questionnaire are used only to prepare and deliver the plan. Details are in the privacy policy. Privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. A consumer customer keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may bring a claim before the competent court under the applicable rules.
