Disney Village is continuing its transformation in 2026 and 2027. Announcements concern Disney Wonders, Casa Giulia, the Pathé cinema, Vapiano and Annette’s Diner. The dates offer a general timeline, but some openings still need confirmation when planning a visit. Here is the announced schedule and what to check before planning a stop there.
Disney Wonders and Casa Giulia: openings announced for 2026
In its September 17 announcement, Disneyland Paris said Disney Wonders was due to open on September 22, 2026. That date has now passed. The announcement, published before the planned opening, is not enough on its own to confirm that Disney Wonders is actually welcoming visitors when you visit. If you want to go there, check its opening status and hours in the official information for that day.
Casa Giulia is expected to open in late 2026. If you are planning a visit during that period, it would be premature to count on it being available before this is confirmed. Even after the announced period, a specific date and visitor arrangements will need to be checked. Consult official information before adding Casa Giulia to your plans.
The Pathé cinema is expected to remain mostly open during renovation work
The Pathé cinema renovation is due to take place in stages. Disneyland Paris announced that work would begin in September 2026 and that the aim is to keep most of the cinema open during construction. This describes the planned approach, but does not confirm the schedule for every screening or access to a particular auditorium on a specific date.
Vapiano, Annette’s Diner and planned changes in 2027
The Vapiano renovation is planned from late 2026 to early 2027. Annette’s Diner, meanwhile, is expected in the first quarter of 2027. These two timelines help put the work in context, but they do not confirm an opening or availability date. To plan your visit, check the status of each venue shortly before you arrive.
Disneyland Paris is also planning new Christmas decorations from November 2026. Work on the south side of the main street is expected to begin in 2027. The announcement gives no detailed schedule for this new phase. It would therefore be unwise to infer a specific route, an additional closure or a construction completion date.
How to plan a visit during the transformation
The most useful approach is to distinguish announced projects from their actual status on the day of your visit. For Disney Wonders, the originally planned date has passed, so check whether it has actually opened. For Casa Giulia and Annette’s Diner, the timelines remain forecasts. For the Pathé cinema, the announcement says most of it is expected to remain open during the work, but your screening will depend on the schedule at the time.
