On Saturday, October 31, 2026, Disneyland Park will close at 11 p.m. To enjoy this special Halloween day, visitors will need a dated ticket valid for that day: undated tickets do not grant access to the park. The program, announced by Disneyphile, promises plenty of family-friendly thrills, with a cavalcade, character meet-and-greets and a nighttime show at the castle.

Two ways to make Halloween last longer
Mickey’s Halloween Celebration will travel along the parade route at 5:25 p.m. and again at 7 p.m. Mickey and his friends will lead the cavalcade, a good chance to fit in a parade break during a day that continues into the evening.
After Disney Tales of Magic, A Dusk with Disney Villains will return to Central Plaza. Sleeping Beauty Castle will be enveloped in music and projections, with fireworks bringing the show to a close. Save some energy for this finale, and plan to reach Central Plaza early enough to find a spot.
Character meet-and-greets to look out for around the park
At Town Square, Mickey and Minnie will be at the gazebo for a selfie opportunity. In Adventureland, Yzma and Kronk are scheduled to appear near Colonel Hathi’s Outpost Restaurant, while Jack Sparrow will roam near Pirates of the Caribbean. In Frontierland, keep an eye out for Oogie Boogie at Critter Corral, and for the Phantom or Mélanie Ravenswood at the Phantom Manor gazebo.
Appearances may be changed, delayed or canceled, and queues may form early depending on attendance. If there is a character you particularly want to meet, note the location as soon as you arrive and leave some flexibility in your plans.
Costumes are allowed, with a few rules
Halloween-themed costumes are exceptionally allowed on October 31, subject to conditions. Masks are prohibited for visitors aged 12 and over, except for medical reasons or when worn as protective face masks. Objects resembling firearms and clothing that drags on the ground are also prohibited. Costumes must not fully conceal the face and head, offend the sensibilities of a family audience or include accessories that could affect safety, such as a long cape, a stick or a fake weapon. Disney may refuse a costume and carry out a visual inspection or use specific equipment.
Visitors wearing Disney character costumes may not pose for photos or sign autographs as that character. It is therefore best to choose a comfortable costume that is easy to wear all day and complies with these rules.
Treats, mysterious doors and a haunted atmosphere
The M&M’s Mysterious Doors hunt invites visitors to find doors belonging to mystical beings around the park to receive Halloween treats. A special treat distribution is also planned during the day, while supplies last. The Disneyland Paris mobile app has more details about the hunt.
Expect a spooky atmosphere along Main Street, U.S.A., around Phantom Manor, at Adventure Isle and at Skull Rock. Lighting effects and special effects are planned at Adventure Isle, while Phantom Manor will feature projections, sound effects, new visuals and mysterious characters. In Frontierland, The Unlucky Nugget Saloon will stay open all evening for its haunted banquet.
The schedule of meet-and-greets and activities may change without notice. For a full day, keep the app close at hand and avoid building your entire itinerary around a single character: on October 31, there will already be plenty to fill the day right up to the fireworks.
